Designed by international architecture firm PHA, the 42-meter indoor botanical garden known as the Star Forest contains over 300 tropical rainforest species and a 20-meter indoor waterfall — the most architecturally ambitious commercial space in Chongqing.

"Skip the retail floors entirely and go straight to the glass walkway suspended inside the jungle canopy. Hanging in the middle of the plant garden is a massive dinosaur skeleton art installation — a deeply local cultural easter egg, because Chongqing sits on one of the world's largest Jurassic fossil beds. Standing beneath the suspended skeleton surrounded by explosively growing tropical plants produces the surreal sensation of prehistoric time sealed inside a glass terrarium."
