"Enter from the Nanqu Road entrance and the route unfolds naturally without any planning needed. Come at dusk — when the lanterns come on, the stone steps turn a warm amber and the cliffside walkway offers some of the best river views in Yuzhong. Cats appear regularly along the way; in this alley, they are the permanent residents."
