Asia's largest youth artist studio complex on the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute campus, housing hundreds of individual working studios for graduate students and young artists, with raw Brutalist concrete architecture of striking geometric intensity.

"The studios are private working spaces and the doors are usually closed — don't expect to wander in. What you can do is walk the open concrete corridors and staircases, where light cuts through the geometric gaps at angles that change completely as the day moves. If you visit in June during the graduation exhibition, some studios open to the public — that's the one time you can actually see the work being made. Take Metro Line 1 to Daxuecheng Station, then taxi or bike over. Pairs naturally with the Luo Zhongli Art Museum next door."
