A red cable-stayed bridge spanning the Jialing River, with a pedestrian walkway that puts Hongya Cave directly in your eyeline.

"If you only visit Hongya Cave, you've only seen half the picture. Qiansimen Bridge is where the night scene finds its soul — at 8pm the entire bridge lights up and transforms into a glowing red dragon, with Hongya Cave visible at eye level from the walkway, not below you. During major holidays the bridge is closed to traffic and opened for pedestrians only, which is actually the best time to come. The bridge shakes noticeably when the monorail passes underneath — it's part of the experience."
