"A local institution for over a decade. Crayfish is a favorite summer delicacy in Chongqing, but eating it usually leaves your hands greasy. This spot solves that by serving pre-peeled crayfish tails at around 2.5 RMB per piece—very reasonable considering the labor. They offer authentic Chongqing spicy and pickled pepper flavors along with other Jianghu-style dishes. Highly recommended if you want genuine old-school local flavors."
