"Take Metro Line 9 directly to Liyuchi Station. Completely free to enter. The best light hits the geometric surfaces during golden hour — that's when the spiral staircase photographs best. The rooftop terrace is the highest free vantage point in this part of the city, with the Guanyinqiao skyline and passing monorail trains both visible in the same frame."
