"Located on Wuling Road in Longxi. Take Metro Line 6 to Huahuiyuan Station, Exit 2A, then walk about 10 minutes. Average 20 to 30 RMB. The pickled pepper pork liver noodles are the essential order — the liver is handled with exceptional skill, impossibly tender. Fair warning: the pickled pepper heat level is a serious challenge for most foreign palates. If you need a lifeline, order the tomato meatball noodles instead. Bare-bones environment, zero English, maximum flavor."
