"Near Xiaolongkan main street — Metro Line 1 to Xiaolongkan Station. Open 10am to past midnight, average 80 to 100 RMB. The essential order is fresh beef tripe: seven or eight dips in the boiling tallow broth, no more. If you're deciding between this and Dalong Hotpot: Dalong is more chaotic and uncompromising, Kuang is slightly more consistent and accessible. Both are genuinely local. Choose based on how adventurous you're feeling."
