"Right on the Graffiti Street. Open 8am to 9pm, around 40 to 50 RMB per person. WeChat and Alipay accepted. The soup is the foundation but order the cold-tossed pork ear alongside it — the crunch and spice cuts through the richness of the broth in a way that makes the whole meal make sense. This place has been feeding the same neighborhood for decades because it's genuinely good, not because it's famous."
