A Daoist temple dedicated to Guan Yu and Yue Fei, dramatically rebuilt atop a high peak. Free entry, recommended to arrive at opening time of 8:30am for the best light.

"The giant taiji symbol in front of the main hall is the most striking feature — layered eaves encircling the yin-yang pattern in full wuxia aesthetic. The sweeping symmetrical staircase approach is intensely photogenic, and the panoramic views of the Jialing River from the top courtyard are excellent. For drone operators, the overhead view of the eight-trigram courtyard reveals a perfectly axially symmetric structure — with Chongqing's tallest skyscraper visible just beyond, the ancient and the contemporary collide in a single frame."
