"Take Metro Line 3 or 9 to Guanyinqiao Station, Exit 4. The Dingjiapo potato stall and crispy pork belly are the essential orders — queues are standard. Best experienced from late afternoon into the evening. Have WeChat Pay or Alipay ready; cash is rare here. You will leave smelling of fried chilies and hotpot. That's the point."
