A network of wild unpaved hiking trails leading from the university campus — whose grounds served as the Nationalist Government Ordnance Department and Central Training Corps during WWII — up to the Dragon Ridge summit.

"The Dragon Ridge route is a genuinely extreme narrow limestone ridge exposed by geological compression, with cliffs on both sides requiring hands-and-feet scrambling with no paved surface. Local students use it as a natural fitness circuit. Brutally demanding on the body, but the views of the southern urban sprawl that open up along the ridge are ones tourists never see."
