"Take Metro Line 4 to Longxing Station, then walk or take a short taxi. Tickets typically 50 to 80 RMB, open 9am to 5pm. Essential stops: the enormous Mamenchisaurus fossil on the second floor and the Hundred Beds Gallery of Qing dynasty wood carvings. The carving detail alone — without reading a single label — is overwhelming in the best possible way. Almost no tourist crowds."
